Appointments not cancelled with at least a 24-hour notice will result

in a $50 patient charge. Thank you for your understanding.

We are open to and appreciate any comments or suggestions on how we may improve our services for you. Note that our staff responds to inquiries Monday through Friday during our regular business hours. Allow two business days for a response.
